Lauren Hoffman, is the Louisiana Tech Greenhouse Supervisor. She and her family are also avid hunters and have opportunities to take game around the world. In this podcast we talk a lot of the greenhouse, how Lauren got the job, some of the stress factors that go along with it, and how Lauren is working to improve things at the green house for the future.
