You ever feel like you're doing all the things so your mind just gets jumbled with all these thoughts racing faster than the speed of light? I talk about how our thoughts move quickly and move faster than our bodies, how anxiety is the result of a fast paced mind, and what we can do to counteract the speed of our thoughts. 

There's no agenda here. I wanted to get raw and real and reveal somethings I've been thinking about -- connecting and resonating through thoughts and some of the things I've been reflecting about in my own healing (financially and really in all the aspects of motherhood, parenthood, and building my business as a coach). 

As a perfectionist, recovering codependent, anxious attached individual in a committed relationship -- a love junkie, a fearful martyr, I share my experiences, some of what's shaped me and how I'm handling those things and some reflections.
