In this episode I have the pleasure of chatting with Adrienne, mother of a sweet, 7 year old girl named London who was diagnosed with T1D at just 16 months old. Yowza!

Adrienne talks to us about living the low carb life which they have been doing since shortly after diagnosis, some of her favorite low card brands, homeschooling 3 kids, using the DIY Loop Orangelink system and her children's book, London's Low Carb Life.
