Mutants in the Now is an RPG system by Julian Kay, inspired by the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tabletop RPG from 1985, with updated mechanics for the modern era. However, it's still a CRONCHY system, if you like that kind of thing! If you'd like to make a mutant in the style of your favorite pizza-loving sewer dwellers, this is probably the game you want.
