Nimrod Chapel, president of the Missouri NAACP State Conference, delivers remarks at the Do Justice '18 event hosted by Churchnet on Oct. 16 at William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo. He talks about justice, laws, and advocating for change. Rod also mentions efforts to impact who sits in county prosecutors' offices.
