38. Savor Gratitude

I've mentioned several times about writing a daily gratitude list. But here's the question of the week...how connected are you to the things you are grateful for? Are you jotting them down to check that off your list or are you really connecting to the gratitude you feel for those things or people? Recently, I've been dealing with some health issues/questions and it has really put things into sharp perspective for me. On this week's episode we'll talk about the idea of savoring gratitude. Savoring just means that we attempt to FULLY feel, enjoy, and extend our positive experiences. Savoring is a great way to develop a long-lasting stream of positive thoughts and emotions. Here is a great article from "Psychology Today" about savoring gratitude.
