Welcome to the new bonus series: Self Care Saturday where I challenge you to a self care task. Some weeks will be more relaxing and pinterest worthy. Some weeks will require more discipline to do the unsexy work to take care of yourself. 

This week's challenge is to eat your veggies. With the holiday weekend, sometimes we feel pressured to either "stay on track" or "go off plan". What if you didn't do either? What if you just made a commitment to keep some veggies in your diet and leave it at that?

None of this "I can't have" or "I shouldn't" or "this is so bad"...no no no. We're not doing that. Focus on adding MORE of something and you'll feel so much better.
