SERVE HARD Life is about growing and giving and if you’re not growing or giving, you’re not living! That was a profound statement I heard this past week as Tanner and I were out at Movara fitness resort with about 70 other people we know from one of our business masterminds. Today, I share with you some stories from this trip that really impacted me as I pushed myself to new limits and learned how to serve better. Although I didn’t love every experience this week, I was able to conquer the fears and level up to be a new person just 7 days later. What I learned from Movara, as well as from our mastermind group, has changed me as a person but also as a wife and mother and I want to share that with you so that you can apply that to your life too.
