38. Society Has a Hard-On for Knowledge + Neat Breathwork Tips for Taking Action
Hello pumpkins,
Part 2 of my interview with Jon is stuck somewhere in the internet ethers! Whatever is meant to be is meant to be. And if the Riverside team is able to retrieve it from wherever the cloud is, Awesome! If not, Awesome! Lol. I’ll just leave a little empty spot (skipping #37) and resume on 38. An invisible emblem of what life is like. “Order” is a construct, haha. Moving with the rhythm of your body and Nature is true harmony.
In this episode, I talk about Society’s obsession (hard-on lol) with knowledge. Where is the mystery?! Where is our sense of curiosity, exploration, and adventure?! And I’m not saying knowledge is good or bad, but rather a clue with our collective level of fear and anxiety that what we’ve been doing all along with it is not working anymore. The weaponization of knowledge for judgment and divisiveness is honestly getting old. A thing I’ve witnessed over the years on social media. (Thank Universe for SubStack, a place where an even nervous system and online connection are possible. Bless!)
Starting at 11:11, we get into “Breathe In with Me” practices and tapping into the easiest way to calm your nervous system and tap into your answers within. Everyone feels very stressed these days. What do we want to feel instead?
