Jaliek Rainwalker was born to a drug-addicted mother, and because of this, was diagnosed with Reactive Attachment Disorder, making it difficult for him to develop relationships. This also came with behavioral and developmental disorders, which resulted in his living in six separate foster homes before being adopted by Stephen Kerr and Jocelyn McDonald when he was 12 years old. Unfortunately, his new home was filled with fairly unlivable conditions and abuse. His foster parents, clearly not equipped to care for a child like Jaliek, wanted him out of their home. One evening, while he and his adoptive father were alone in a relative's unoccupied home, Jaliek disappeared and has never been seen or heard from since.
