We took this opportunity to get real deep about relationships with Dre and it was very fulfilling for us.  We learned so much about healthy communication, arguments, the relevance of love languages, timelines of relationships, requirements vs requests and so much more.  As stated in the last episode, coaching and therapy is healthy and your relationship doesn’t need to be in dire straights to benefit from seeing someone - as a couple OR on your own.  Brittany and Kelly shared some personal details about their own relationships throughout this episode and got some insight on what Dre has gone through as well.
