Woody Jarvis is a young chef working in Toronto. He is currently working at 416 Snack Bar and Lambo's Deli and Grocery. We had the pleasure of sitting down and talking all about old school practices of monopolizing a young cooks time, delicate transfer of power to a new chef, old restaurant concepts that might not be "appropriate" today, and getting a pet turkey.
