All of us live and grow within a specific context, where a certain mental framework, or worldview, shapes everything we do. This worldview ultimately dictates where we place our allegiance, and as you can imagine, understanding this aspect of life is crucial for effective cross-cultural work. In this episode, Dr. Boubakar Sanou, assistant professor of Mission and Leadership in the Seminary at Andrews University, discusses how we can reach out to people from other cultures more effectively.
