On this episode we welcome back Cory Pinegar to talk about what a leader looks like. It was refreshing to have someone come on and admit to mistakes, to shortcomings, and still have growth and success as they learn how to overcome these things. 

Cory also has a connection with Parkinson's Disease as his dad was diagnosed in recent years. This led him to be heavily involved in working towards raising awareness.
