The project to replace the N3 network is the largest network project in Europe, if not the world. To faciliate the mutiple procurements needed, the Crown Commercial Service have implemented the new Dynamic Procurement System (DPS), HSCN Access (RM3825)

The speed and volume of the procurements involved in this new DPS means that it is important that any learning coming out of the initial procurements needs to be shared to improve the processes.  As most of the Suppliers on RM3825 are Innopsis members, we have pulled together a new sub group called the 3825 Club to share learning.

The initial meeting was held on 2nd February and is being chaired by Innopsis Director Lynne Magennis. Lynne was interviewed for this podcast the day after the initial meeting by Innopsis Chairman Michael Bowyer about how the meeting went.
