Mitch Berliner, co-founder and owner of Bethesda Central Farm Market, has been a trailblazer and entrepreneur in the food industry for over 30 years. Shortly after graduating from college, he started the gourmet-to-go concept. A few years later he founded Berliner Foods which introduced people in the Mid-Atlantic region to their favorite treats:  Haagen Dazs, Ben & Jerry’s, Dove Bars, and many other high quality and organic frozen products.
