Elizabeth describes the murder of Jack Wheeler, an accomplished government employee whose body was discovered in a landfill in 2010. His erratic actions beforehand raise many questions - was he being followed? Was he in the midst of a mental health crisis? Was his death a murder, an accident, or something else?

Margot tells the story of the disappearance of the Jamison family, whose truck and dog were found in rural Oklahoma in 2009, but the family was nowhere to be seen. It was years later that their remains were discovered - but what happened to them? Was it a drug deal gone wrong, suicide, or something paranormal?
