Maintaining a positive body image for yourself wont always be easy. These days with the internet trolls, "health" magazines and media in general showing you what your body is "supposed" to look like can get pretty overwhelming if you don't fit the mold. I can say from experience that thinking negatively about your body can lead to tons of unhelpful habits. From yoyo dieting & binging to ultra strict eating and exercise routines. I'm here to tell you that when you truly love and honor your body, you'll automatically do what's best for it.
