This week Brook is out of town with Compassion International and preparing for Colonial to dive in very soon (December!) as global ministry partners. So Tanner has taken the hosting reins and rejoined Loren for our weekly, Monday afternoon episode. In addition to sharing some excitement about Brook’s rare time away and what it means for our church, Tanner and Loren grapple, in general, with the difficulties of parts of Scripture. Why is God so black and white in some cases when it comes to His call to holiness and so gracious and merciful to people in others? What do we do with aspects of the Bible that can be very difficult?
