Here we are at the end of the election … finally. Let’s talk about it and the evolution of consciousness on Earth. How will this help us move toward the new paradigm of a new earth frequency? How can we help those who are feeling scared feel safe again? How can we be good citizens on earth?

We do so by becoming safe people. By being able to manage our reactions, emotions, and hold more truths at once. I believe that often these pivotal moments happen to help us individually wake up and change. Trump wakes people up! He gets them to pay attention, we need people paying attention. 

I love and respect you and am looking forward to a more unified America and a more loving Earth and its people. I hope we don’t go back to an era where we can’t speak freely amongst each other. I hope we enter an era where we can be curious vs judgemental. I will do my best to be that person and emulate it for you while projecting it back onto the world. I may misspeak at times or let my excitement get the best of me but I promise to always do my best.
