Michael Davis is the founder of Railway Coffee in Ruston, La. Recently I saw that a handful of students working at Railway were quitting. All within a similar time frame and right in the middle of the school year no less. I then learned that Michael was no longer apart of the business, so I reached out to him and asked if he was willing to share his experience. We talk extensively about the birth of Railway Coffee, the struggles that came with such rapid growth, the tight knit community he built, and a bit about his leaving and future plans!
