How will you know you've made progress over the course of the year? The keyword here is assessment. You should always be assessing, that allows you to tweak your work as you go along. That's what I'm about to do with this podcast. I have been doing it messy, gals and guys. I told myself early on, "No perfection allow. You have permission to proceed messily, so long you don't quit.

In this episode, I share with you what went down in 2021, my goals or lack thereof, my promise to myself, and the goals for the upcoming year. I am truly excited about what is to come because 2022  will be the first year that I will fully dedicate to this podcast. I can't wait to see how God will use my voice to elevate others.
