Today’s guest is Catherine Pilfrey, an I Ching expert,  meditation teacher, and corporate designer who is also the creator behind the I Ching Oracle deck, which we’ll talk more about in this episode. I Ching is also known as the book of changes, and according to Catherine, we can also use the I Ching to help us make decisions in our everyday lives.
