TAKE HOME POINTS FROM Dr. Jeremy Toffle

  1. It is not about the actual problem or issue you are discussing….it is about HOW you discuss the topic. Approach conversations with an open mind and without blame. Come from a place knowing that we are all imperfect humans
  2. Misinformation about COVID is everywhere! It is our duty as physicians to either stay updated with the latest information OR have resources readily available for our patients, family, and friends who come to us with questions.
  3. Create or emphasize a bedtime routine or habit which fosters love and compassion amongst you and your spouse: “Good night, sleep well, sweet dreams, I love you.”
