Demarra West is founder of Be Well Beautiful Woman, a global wellness social enterprise for women focused on liberation, joy, and financial empowerment that provides retreats, group coaching, and wellness education that is culturally inclusive. She is also the principal of Change Agent Consulting which has provided executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, and equity, inclusion, and belonging services nationwide for more than 15 years. Demarra is also deeply invested in the community as a philanthropist and current Board Chairwoman of YWCA Kalamazoo and is the proud mother to a teenage daughter and pit bull named Luna.
