Spiritual Attunement Through Meditation, episode #39: Inter-Being.

Today we will be looking at Elizabeth Lesser's 1999 book entitled The Seeker's Guide. In Chapter 15, entitled Inter-Being, she speaks to the incredible interconnected Oneness that continually exists in our midst. We sometimes forget that we are all eternal beings. Our thoughts, our actions and our words matter. They create vibrations that have immediate effect, and also carry on long after they, and our bodies, appear to be gone.

As always, we will include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings which will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence.
