In this episode, I’m talking honestly about a struggle I think a lot of us have faced at some point.
There are times in life when we already know what to do.
We know the habits that would make us feel better.
We know the steps that would move our lives forward.
And yet… we still don’t do them.
In this episode, I share my own experience with that disconnect between knowing and doing, and how I’ve started to see it differently. Instead of beating ourselves up or trying to change everything overnight, maybe the answer is a little more grace and a lot more small, honest steps.
I also talk about how our brains are wired for safety and familiarity, and why big, sudden changes can feel so hard—even when we want them.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with yourself lately, this episode is a gentle reminder that you don’t have to fix everything at once. Sometimes the next small step is more than enough.
