Toni's Leader Team is a community of practice that meets twice a month. Attunement is one of the rounds. What do we do when someone checks in with heavy emotions? We ask the person what they need most from us and then we give them multiple choices. In this snippet, Toni kicks off the attunement round concerned for her son.
