Rolling on through our March Madness month, we bring you our thoughts on the oddly centrist movie Maniac Cop (1988)!  This movie meanders quite a bit, but ultimately finds a way to make a strangely interesting point with it's own politics.  Regardless of that though, do we as horror fans deserver a movie with Tom Atkins AND Bruce Campbell?  Is the cover art of this movie great or terrible?  Most importantly though, is it essential?
