But what happens if you choose to cease contact because they no longer align with your value, are toxic, or abusive? What happens then?

Violetta Fernandez is a Mexican American, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She works in community mental health and in a group private practice. Violetta's passion is to cultivate seeds of trauma from family estrangement into self-love and acceptance. Her work involves providing a safe space for estranged individuals to reclaim their voice and narratives through the healing process.
