Luke is a lifelong athlete, learner and a never ending work in progress. He has a Master of Science (soon to be doctorate in a few years) in Sport and Performance Psychology and his business takes these strategies and applies them to coaching clients to be the best version of themselves. He is a Master Resilience Trainer who works on military bases or speaking at events to boost morale and train service members on skills like gratitude, mindfulness, or utilizing strengths in leadership. He is the host of the Every Day Athlete Podcast and he also coaches volleyball at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and Viterbo University for Men's. Although he is currently recovering from hip surgery, he is training hard to get back into peak condition as he still enjoys competing in beach volleyball, basketball and functional fitness. He lives in Wisconsin with his wife and two adorable children.
