Taryn Goldsmith is an author and the founder of Mood Swingin Inc, A Minority Mental Health Organization. While struggling both as an at-risk teen and with mental illness, she defied all of the odds stacked against her. Using her pain as motivation she has become an advocate for the youth and mental health.
