Scott and Derek are 2 fine dining cooks who were displaced from restaurants due to Covid, and for the first time in their lives, they have a little TIME TO LEAN. We mostly spend time talking about food, restaurant life, general debauchery, and all kinds of other shit. This whole thing began with an argument about donuts, and somehow it turned it this thing. We bring our friends on to join in on the fun and talk all this shit with us as often as possible.
