Her work has been nominated for a grammy, featured on the Billboard Chart for Emerging Artists, nominated for radio music awards, and appeared in film and television. She is the creator of “The Songwriter Series'' an online event that offers mentorshipfrom award-winning songwriters and is the author of the book and host of the upcoming podcast “Self-Care for the Creative,'' which both discuss self-care strategies for people in creative communities.

Stefani talks about how being highly sensitive has helped her as a creator, the connection between creative people and HSPs/empaths, how your mindset can hold you back and how she dealt with this, and how having no boundaries affected her personal and professional life. She also shares a favorite tip from her book and talks about her experience with depression (and shares a skill that helped her during this difficult time).
