More people are conned by good-looking salesmen and con-men, than by not-so-attractive dishonest people. Again, most people love babies, and would be eager to help them and assume their helplessness. If you looked like Johny Bravo though, you would be likely to be treated the way he is, if you tried to behave like a baby. These are as real as laws of physics - these are two of the most significant design principles - based on an excerpt, from Universal Principles of Design.
