The shadow beliefs we hold about ourselves can be hard to acknowledge. They are often hidden in the darkest parts of our self and so we push them away, projecting them outward onto those around us. We can also push away and project outward the lighter truths about ourselves. We may easily see beauty in others, but we reject that beauty as also being ours. Join me this Sunday as we look at the "golden shadow" and all it has to offer us.
