Robert Sikes is a bodybuilder who started out eating the “traditional bro diet,” which got him good results, but also caused him to develop some bad eating disorders and experience some pretty negative health issues, such as drops in strength and stamina, no sex drive, and unhealthy surges in body fat. He noticed that once he started cutting back on carbohydrates, his health began to improve, and then he decided to cut them out completely, which drastically improved how he felt. He earned his pro status in bodybuilding in 2017, and has dedicated his life to learning and teaching others the benefits of following a well formulated ketogenic lifestyle. Join us in this episode to learn more about the keto diet and the positive benefits it can provide.
