Today’s episode of the podcast was inspired by Janine Coombes and her rant about all the ‘shoulds’ we’re told are essential if we want a successful business. I hate ‘shoulds’ and would happily round up the gurus and chuck them all off a short pier but it got me to thinking about one of my personal pet peeves. Specifically, scalability. Spoiler alert: It is possible to have a very successful business without scaling it.
