39: The Truth Behind Hard Work
The hustle, the grind, the effort. Man, sometimes I shy away from this topic of hard work because I don't want it to get twisted. I want people to remember that in order to go far yes, you do have to rest. Yes, you do have to fill your own cup up first. Yes, you have to have the WHY behind the hard work. BUT ALSO- you have to work hard as for what you really want out of life.
The other day, the CEO of the company I partner with, challenged us to get scrappy, relentless, hungry, and unstoppable towards our goals. And for me, this is a corner stone of how I have built my business in the start and even now. Hard work, grit, and being the most consistent one in the room who will show up- no matter the circumstances.
So if you are ready to roll up your sleeves, get down and dirty, and learn about the hard work required to take your dreams from something on paper- to something REAL- then this is the episode for you.
I'm going to be working with 10 new coach leaders for my health & fitness business, and I'm specifically looking for women who are self-starters in most areas of life and have a dream on their heart that won't stay quiet.
