The VA business model is a two way street and building the relationship is key to success. Natasha has her own VA agency and today she shares what she did before entering the VA world and how she got started. You’ll also hear about some of the services she offers and some tips for overcoming initial hurdles and roadblocks many entrepreneurs experience when working with VAs. Her tip for the day: “Don’t be afraid of the cost of having a VA. The magic is that you don’t have to have a full-time employee!”
