In this week’s episode, we dive into better understanding what our emotions are trying to tell us. Here is a list of the emotions we discuss:
1. Bitterness
2. Resentment
3. Discomfort
4. Anger
5. Disappointment
6. Guilt
7. Shame
8. Sadness
Our emotions can be red flags, helping us to pay attention to what we need to know to learn, grow, and progress. When we are willing to sit with our emotions and get curious, they help us find the thoughts that are creating the emotions so we can do the mental work to evolve to a better version of ourself.
