Today I am interviewing Zoe Routh who is Australia's Leadership Expert, known for making the People Stuff easier.

We explored how she was inspired to getting involved with the 'people stuff' whilst falling face down in the mud in a Canadian adventure, a great story. This passion for helping people comes out in the conversations where she shares some great insights on what is wisdom and how to develop it along with how to be a compassionate leader. Both of these elements in Zoe's opinion make for a better leader and subsequent better organisation.
