You know when you have walked into a room and it feels like ice, as two people have just had a disagreement. You notice when the tone of a conversation has changed as the person's attitude and wording has also changed because of it.

This is what I'm talking about and when you can observe and see this more, you get quicker at it so that you yourself don't engage in somebody else's negative energy, vibration or frequency.
