We spend our lives reading, studying, and gaining knowledge but it’s not meant to just sit inside of us. Knowledge becomes powerful when we apply it to our circumstances.

James reminds us to be more than hearers of the Word we are called to be doers. That means taking what God has spoken and using it to shape our decisions, our reactions, and our mindsets.

There comes a time when we must put our problems down at God’s feet and refuse to pick them back up again. If we truly trust Him, then we walk like we trust Him. We pray like we trust Him. And we leave the outcome in His hands.
