• Pseudoimages and Habits: Ghosts are often individuals who just can’t stop looking at the physical world. They subconsciously try to build a physical body out of habit, but because they are "out of alignment," they can't make a solid image.
• Misdirected Energy: Seth notes that "The personality insists on behaving as if it were in the physical condition however, and out of habit attempts to construct a physical form. He is not imprisoned within this pseudoimage... but the energy used is misdirected and largely futile."
• Practice Makes Perfect: If you learn to shift your attention away from the physical world now, you can gain "legitimate firsthand experience" that isn't physical. This makes the eventual transition way smoother.

Terminal Illness and the "Bird" Metaphor

• The Big Release: Instead of clinging, the personality should bless the body. As Seth puts it: "When the personality understands, it can indeed then will itself to leave the body in an aware state, and as it goes bless the body consciousness... release the tiny birdlike awareness within each cell, and go on to its own transition."

The Nature of "Evil" and Cosmic Justice

• The Seed vs. The Flower: Evil isn't some dark force; it's just a lack of growth or knowledge. Seth famously states: "You cannot call a seed evil because it is not yet the flower."
• No Cosmic Jail: There is no final judgment or punishment for "crimes" after death because everything is in transition toward better understanding. However, you still have to face the consequences of your intent.
• Co-Creation: We aren't just characters in a game. We are "co-creators" and part of "All That Is," which is a "god constantly in the process of creation, action acting upon itself."
