39.The Bermuda Triangle Files: Five Vanishings, One Legend

Listen Later

In 1918 the USS Cyclops vanished with over 300 men aboard. In 1945, Flight 19's five planes disappeared on a routine training run. In 1948 and 1949, two nearly identical BSAA airliners vanished a year apart on the same route. This week, Mitch and Russell cover the real history of the Bermuda Triangle - Vincent Gaddis's 1964 article that named it, librarian Larry Kusche's research that debunked most of it, and a new 2026 NOAA-linked study finding electromagnetic anomalies nobody can yet explain.
