This week we take a break from the normal format of the podcast and give Gary a chance to talk about some very serious health issues he's been dealing with. I had Gary write an intro for the description and here's what he had to say...
"Life is hard. Sometimes it’s harder for some people, but few have it easy. This podcast will take you on my long journey that I’ve had, and the long , long journey I still have ahead. My goal with this is to smarten some people up and have them realize that you shouldn’t ignore the smallest signs. If I can help just one person, then this podcast was worth it. Every little thing adds up, and probably can be handled early on. Put a band aid on a cut, not a bullet wound. Are you lost after that? Well listen ahead, and learn."
The weekly music segment also soldiers on and the theme is songs that motivate you, make you press on or want to run through a wall, etc. You get the gist.
