Episode 17: Marvin Revells, the creative director at 3NY, a women's boutique in Soho, NYC, plays a vital role in curating a sales platform for European and Southeast Asian clothing designers. For over a decade, 3NY's team has offered hand-picked contemporary pieces from emerging designers to clients worldwide. Revells addresses being a Black man in the fashion industry and the issue of diversity, stating, "Companies should reflect what they represent. Diversity is crucial. It's not enough to use Black models; we need Black decision-makers in the industry. There are many talented African Americans ready to contribute."
