Despite capacity crunches, labor shortages, and market instability, some supply chain companies found ways to not just survive but also thrive in the withering conditions of the pandemic. Some of the key factors to withstanding the volatile landscape included a nimble approach to meeting customer needs and an agile system to be able to reallocate resources as needed to get the job done. Joe Hassenfratz of The Logistix Company shares some of his observations on how he was able to weather the storm.
