Well it is a brand new Cocktails and Comics. This time we do a little double duty.  We have two short sessions, the first with David Thompson telling Brian Hughes his thoughts in the wake of Neal Adams passing.  The conversation would not be complete without discussing how Neal affected the likes of John Byrne and so many other artists in the day and after.

This conversation is followed up by another one including Brian Hughes again and Kirk Greenfield as Brian gets Kirk to talk about his experiences with the works of Neal .  Both cover a good amount of John Byrne talk as well.

We talk about Neal’s affect on the industry as a whole but also the great affect he had on Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.  Brian points us all to a great series of podcast by Kevin Smith where he interviews Neal about his career and what he did for the Super Duo.
